How long to wait before meeting (online dating) Hi everyone, I had a general question to ask. I've been emailing this girl back and forth (3 emails each). We seem to have a lot in common and i'm definetly attracted to her. How long is too long to wait to ask for a coffee date? So far it's been less than a week. I'm thinking of asking her in the next email, is that too soon?

Maybe. As I have shelled out bucks for meals and gotten nowhere. Other times, I have bypassed the date altogether and just met at my house for sex. but overall, coffee dates are a waste of time.
