Well, can I be mad yet?

Well, can I be mad yet? My boss is trying to fire me for being a highly qualified, very good teacher. My surgery, scheduled for tomorrow, to fix my shredded achilles tendon, has been cancelled. I have SIGNIFICANT changes to my EKG--a t-wave has inverted within the last six months. The gas gauge on my truck keeps reading empty, even after we throw 21 gallons of gas into it. My dog has developed halitosis and flatulence, and refuses to stay at my feet in bed. She must be on my pillow. Can I be made yet? Please???????

you don't need our permission! Vent! About the truck - my car's gas gauge is not working now either. I just fill it and watch the odometer. I figure 200 miles on a full tank to be safe - for my car. The mechanic said not to waste 600-700 dollars to fix it and keep doing what I'm doing.

Again, thanks. Since my head injuries and emotional dysfunction, I have to check and see what emotions are appropriate for a situation. I was asking if this is appropriate. Or do I need to rethink the mad thing and still be patient and all that????

what feels right? If by mad you mean you let it all out with a post or a shout out with a friend and maybe gain some conviction, then go for it! If by getting mad you mean trashing the truck and giving up, then no, not so much.

I mean, swearing and spitting on the sidewalk. I mean thinking bad things about my boss and farting at the truck. I mean taking action about the heart, but cursing the heel for still being torn. I don't know if I am strong enough to fight the boss, but I am sure as hell going to try. I didn't do anything!

Spring arrived today The video was taken in Ashley churchyard. If you can watch it with sound then you can hear a wood pigeon,a blackbird,there's a rook in there somewhere,and,very near the end,is a pheasant. No idea what's going "chink chink chink" though.

I can help with the dog part. Halitosis and flatulence in dogs generally is due to digestion or problems of digestion in the gut from the dog food or wrong combination of food and treats. Sometimes their teeth and gums can cause halitosis when they need attending to. I suggest checking your dogs teeth and gums for any excess build up of tartar or any swelling of the gums that might be seen. I also suggest giving a natural (sweetned with fruit sugars) ginger snap cookie as treats especially after a meal. Ginger aides in digestion and helps any putrification that may develop in the gut....so no gas. Oh...and it works just the same on us humans too. :)
